Devastation

Not looking for sympathy. I just want to brag.

Rest in Peace Anthony Benkovich

Now I get to find out how to pick myself up from the worst thing that's ever happened in my life. My nephew (did I mention beloved?) is dead.

Postscript:  I notice that a lot of people are finding this post looking for information about the death of Anthony Benkovich.  Officially, he died from complications of Crohn's Disease.  More info on that will follow.
If he was a friend or loved one of yours, too, I am sorry for your loss.  Very sorry.  Click here for his obituary and funeral information.

I appreciate every word written here. Thank you. He died of Crohn's disease. It's not usually fatal, but when you don't take your medicine you can literally starve to death, and that's what happened here. Thankfully he had a wonderfully happy life, and he did not suffer and was spared the tragedies the rest of us have to endure as we grow old. Like this one. Thanks again.

I too, found your blog online looking for funeral information.

Anthony was one of my resident's in Pensacola, FL. He was a great guy, and I'm very sad that he's gone. I'm praying for your family.

Thank you Dylan! I appreciate it. He had triple-awesome place in Florida so I thank you for that, too. I'm glad you got to know him. He was an wonderful kid.
